Pet Control and Sanitation

Do you pick up after your dog while walking? Our health may depend on it!

•  Both the community declarations and county code require:
  • Pets to be leashed and under owner control while outdoors.  This includes cats as well as dogs. 
  • That owners pick up dog waste.  This also applies to the common areas.
•  There are NO "dog runs" in the community.  The common areas are for the enjoyment of all.
•  "Pets" includes cats.  With warnings about widespread rabies in the raccoon population, we need to pay attention to this issue given the propensity for ‘stalking and hunting’ cats to interact with raccoons.
