Our community has a no trespass or solicitation policy.  The policy is implemented by signage at both entrances. Solicitation includes any trespass on the community property for such purposes, including placing of advertising material in driveways or entrance ways, as well as ringing doorbells. 

The policy has been registered with the Seminole County Sheriff's office for enforcement purposes, allowing the Sheriff to respond to a report of a violation made by any community resident. To do so, please call the Sheriff's office non-emergency number (407-665-6650). Once the Sheriff responds and notifies the individual(s) of the trespass, any repeat offense is subject to arrest and prosecution. Click here for a copy of the registration.

While the definition of 'solicitation' makes no exceptions (includes commercial, political, charitable, and religious), we do exercise discretion in the case of neighbors (or their children) soliciting for such things as Scout or school activities.
