Association OrganizationOur Association is made up of Members, Directors, Officers and Committees. Members are all lot and homeowners, which elect our Directors. The Directors, which form the Board of Directors, elect association Officers, appoint committees and work with the Association Manager with day to day activities. Assisting the Board in day to day activities is our Association Manager, Andrea Logan-Solomon LCAM, with Leland Management. There are three committees established by our governing documents which are the Social Committee, the Declarations Enforcement Committee (DEC) and the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Another committee the Board has established is the Social Committee. Other committees may be established by the Board as needed. The Association Webmaster is Charlie Shaw.
